Use of the Rebat99 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Rebat99 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
Rebat99 is obligated under its international licensing framework to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit:
Standard KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission. Rebat99 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to place temporary restrictions on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification. The Platform and all associated services are made available for your personal entertainment only. You may not use your Rebat99 account to conduct transactions on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party, nor may you transfer, sell, or assign your account or any balance therein to another person.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify Rebat99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Rebat99 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account — including contact details and payment method information — remains accurate and up to date at all times. Rebat99 may suspend or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that registered information is false or materially inaccurate.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that results in an erroneous display of game results, odds, balances, or promotional credits, Rebat99 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their correct state. No obligation arises to honour results or payouts generated as a direct consequence of a verifiable technical error.
Rebat99 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected:
The minimum deposit amount for standard payment methods is RM50 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for cryptocurrency transactions may differ and are displayed at the point of deposit. Rebat99 does not charge internal processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges at their discretion.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Rebat99 account are legally owned by you and are not the proceeds of criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. Rebat99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on deposits that trigger anti-money-laundering thresholds and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification in accordance with Section 4. Rebat99 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's technical withdrawal capability.
Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during normal operational hours. VIP-tier accounts (Gold and above) are subject to expedited processing. Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary subject to network congestion. Rebat99 does not guarantee processing times during periods of exceptional demand or scheduled maintenance.
Standard account withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and daily basis. Players enrolled in the Black Diamond VIP Programme may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits commensurate with their tier. Current limits are displayed within the account portal and may be updated from time to time.
Rebat99 operates a range of bonus offers, promotional incentives, and VIP loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to their individual terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
Rebat99 employs automated and manual systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements while minimising exposure, collusion between multiple players to exploit promotional terms, and the use of technical tools or automated processes to gain an unfair advantage.
Where bonus abuse is identified, Rebat99 may at its discretion void all associated bonuses and winnings, reverse transactions, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the activity to relevant parties. All such decisions are final and binding.
Participation in the Black Diamond VIP Programme is subject to ongoing eligibility based on monthly wagering activity. Tier status and associated benefits may be reviewed and adjusted on a monthly basis. Rebat99 reserves the right to modify the structure, tiers, benefits, and qualifying criteria of the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rebat99 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the Rebat99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, imagery, and data — is the exclusive property of Rebat99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Rebat99.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Rebat99 regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you. By submitting such feedback you assign all intellectual property rights in that feedback to Rebat99.
The Rebat99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free operation, Rebat99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebat99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves a degree of financial risk and that losses are an inherent and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity. Rebat99 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of the Platform. You warrant that you gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
The Platform may interface with third-party payment processors, game content providers, and verification services. Rebat99 does not accept liability for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third-party services, including any processing delays or errors originating from Malaysian banking partners such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong.

Continued access to and use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
